As our Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key part in bringing our employee value proposition (EVP) to life. Delivering multi-channel campaigns you’ll optimise performance through data-led insights, manage employer brand content to build awareness of our values and culture, collaborating cross-functionally to meet hiring goals. 

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing you’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to shape and share what makes working at Partou so special. From optimized campaigns to social storytelling, you’ll help us connect with new team members in authentic, engaging ways.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

  • Help shape and protect our employer brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for key roles and regions.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns to support hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, post and track content across channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Use insights to grow reach, engagement, and conversion of applications and future candidates.
  • Support the internal communications team to amplify, share and celebrate success stories from across our business.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.

Content Creation

  • Write and curate engaging, values-led content for our careers site, social media, and blogs.
  • Showcase the unique culture of our nurseries and Nursery Support Centre.
  • Create toolkits and templates to help People Leaders and TA specialists. promote roles confidently using social media channels and at in-person events.

Candidate Experience

  • Partner with the TA team to maximize the candidate journey from interest, application and through to onboarding.
  • Ensure communications are timely and aligned with our tone of voice.
  • Support internal campaigns that build engagement with future talent pipelines (e.g. apprentices, agency candidate conversions and summer placements).

Data, Insight & Improvement

  • Track and report on campaign and content performance, ROI, and key recruitment metrics. Share insights and recommendations to help refine our marketing and talent acquisition approach.
  • Continuously improve and leverage candidate, colleague and market feedback to improve our recruitment marketing tactics.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience or understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, employer brand proposition and candidate attraction
  • Experience managing recruitment marketing campaigns – ideally in recruitment, employer branding, or internal comms
  • Previous experience managing, allocating and tracking a budget to maximize return on investment
  • Experience in managing internal stakeholders, build strong relationships with agencies and advertising partners, and effectively oversee digital platforms and tools.
  • A strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and branding
  • Brilliant writing and communication skills, with a feel for tone, voice, and storytelling
  • Great organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset – happy working with different teams and confident giving ideas a voice
  • A belief in inclusive, meaningful recruitment that puts people first

Recruitment procedures for Early Years careers are extremely important whether you are in a nursery or head office position. “Safer Recruitment” is a way of ensuring that we employ people suitable for the job and prioritize the safety and welfare of Children. If your application is successful, you can expect to speak with the Head of Marketing and a Talent Acquisition Leader, and potentially a conversation with the Commercial Director, and Director of People and Culture for the UK.
