Position – Recruiter Account Manager / Deliverer

Salary 30-40k depending on experience

Location : Leamington Spa ( 15 miles ) Home Based

My Client are a long standing recruitment business having been in business for 21 years. With many re-structures over these years they are now working to a very different model and consequently they are looking for an experienced recruiter deliverer who knows their way around the following key areas of recruitment:

Sourcing and Screening Candidates

Client ownership

Account Management

This role is not an inhouse opportunity and it is not working in a fast paced agency environment but instead the owner and the business requires a tenacious individual who not only knows the fundamental recruitment skillset / process’s but can dig deep in the fact that they bring a huge amount of resourcefulness. Our client is all about communication and judgement and they do not rely on KPI’s based on numbers and filtering so a grown up approach is what they like. The ideal candidate will require very strong communication and be able to demonstrate their natural relationship both with candidates and clients.

The typical day to day tasks will be a mix of :

Running requirements

Working on Linkedin

Being active and Updating our database

Utilising Job Boards

Other social media

Staying very close to clients

Their maybe times when a task could mean reaching out to old / new clients and to try and establish a relationship.
