Quantity Surveyor

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our well-established, family-run construction company. They are an award-winning business based in Mid Ulster, Northern Ireland.

For over 38 years, they delivered high-quality, bespoke modular and off-site construction solutions across the UK and Ireland, specialising in commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.

Salary: £50,000-£55,000

Location: Toome

You'll be responsible for the full commercial management of projects, including valuations, variations, BOQs, subcontractor accounts, and reporting to senior management.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years' QS experience


• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and costs


• QS qualification or professional membership


• Experience with estimating software (Conquest preferred)
