Assistant QS - Healthcare

Building contractor with well established presence in healthcare.
Role
Assistant QS required to undertake commercial management of refurbishment schemes within healthcare facilities. This position is office and site based, benefits from support from the wider commercial team and supervision of the commercial manager, as well as close interaction from the operations delivery team.
Experience Required
This is an assistant role through which, contract and commercial management skills will be developed through having responsibility for project delivery of one or a number of schemes (depending on their value). Applicants should therefore already possess a good understanding of commercial basics, processes and procedures for dealing with variations and valuations and managing payments.
Remuneration
£35,000 to £45,000 plus car allowance and other benefits.
