This is, therefore, a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is keen to join a reputable civil engineering company and become part of a stable and welcoming commercial team.



Role

The Quantity Surveyor will manage work from precontract to final account. The position is office based (with some flexibility) and focuses on projects within the region. Although there will be a reporting line to the Commercial Manager, as a small business the structure is reasonably flat and therefore, the QS will be expected to carry out their responsibilities autonomously.



Experience Required

This is a senior position and quantity surveying experience from a civil engineering contractor background is imperative.



Remuneration

Negotiable depending on experience.
