Quantity Surveyor - £10m Projects to lead

Role

Quantity Surveying to manage the complete build delivery of care home projects circa £10m each, with potential to grow responsibilities and recruit/manage/supervise a Trainee. Office based role in Wakefield with a fortnightly site visit and if required, overnight stay.



Experience Required

Main contractor background, quantity surveying, building project knowledge.



Remuneration

£50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience - negotiable. Car allowance and other benefits.
