Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Tier One Main Contractor

Location: Central London

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Bonus

Project Value: Up to £60 Million

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious Tier One Main Contractor on an exciting new build development in Central London. This high-profile scheme, valued up to £60m, offers an excellent platform for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to be involved in a landmark project with a highly respected main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Full commercial management of a major new build project

  
  


• 
  

  Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers

  
  


• 
  

  Contract administration and risk management

  
  


• 
  

  Accurate forecasting, cost reporting, and valuations

  
  


• 
  

  Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting the Commercial Manager and contributing to the wider project strategy

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Proven track record working for a Main Contractor

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated loyalty and commitment to previous employers

  
  


• 
  

  Solid experience on new build developments

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent understanding of JCT contracts and procurement strategies

  
  


• 
  

  Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  
  


• 
  

  Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related field
