The Role We're hiring a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, valuation, and contract administration on high-spec fit-out projects. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on precision and wants to make a direct impact on project performance.
Responsibilities
Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and tender packages
Manage pre- and post-contract commercial activities
Track and report costs, assess variations, and forecast cash flow
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients across UK/Ireland
Conduct valuations and ensure accurate financial reporting
Promote cost-effective working methods and quality improvement
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Quantity Surveying
5+ years of experience in commercial fit-out
Strong knowledge of UK & Irish construction markets
Proficient in MS Excel, Word & measurement software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
MRICS accreditation (desirable but not essential)
Full, clean driver’s licence; eligible to work in Ireland
