Day to day:

• Prepare activity schedules and bills of quantities.


• Perform risk, value management and cost control.


• Prepare / agree monthly valuations with clients.


• Agreement of final account with client in prompt manner


• Allocate work to subcontractors.


• Agreement of variations / final accounts.


• Provide advice on contractual claims.


• Monitoring and controlling Build Costs.


• Health & Safety, Equality, Environmental & Quality.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying.


• 3+ years’ experience as a QS / Pref Main Contractor.


• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry.

• Negotiation and team working skills.


• Analytical and decision-making skills.


• General knowledge of health and safety issues.
