Our client is seeking a QS / Contract Manager for our site near Glasgow

The QS / Contract Manager will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of specific workpacks.

The QS / Contract Manager will evaluate and scrutinise for compliance and accuracy, ensuring it stays within budget and adheres to agreed terms. 

This involves tasks like cost estimation, contract negotiation, procurement, and risk management. 

The role of the QS / Contract Manager requires a strong understanding of construction and you will have come from a QS background
