The Role:

We’re recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor working across construction, property redevelopment, and refurbishment projects in the UK and Ireland. You’ll be involved in cost estimating, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Requirements:

• Degree (or HND/HNC) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QS/Estimating role with a main contractor


• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently


• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Full driving licence
