Property Photography Specialist

Main Duties

  • Oversee and assess applications from Professional Photographers/ Professional Photographers & 360 tour Members. Ensuring the right candidates are approved, applying a consistent, fair, and inclusive approach that avoids bias and adheres to the Equality Act 2010.
  • Review all creative submissions, including standard and professional photography, videography, floor plans and 360° virtual tours, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
  • Check image metadata to verify that appropriate equipment has been used, ensuring submissions meet technical and quality requirements.
  • Provide clear guidance and constructive feedback to help them meet or exceed the required creative standards.
  • Set up and support employees to complete 360° test tours, advising on the required equipment and technical specifications.
  • Respond to queries via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring professional, timely, and helpful responses.

Skills and Knowledge

  • A minimum of two years’ experience working from home, with a professional home office setup.
  • Two years of experience in Photography, with advanced knowledge or photography standards, techniques and equipment with a portfolio of evidence available. Experience with property photography is desired but not essential.
  • Proven ability to assess the quality of visual content such as photography, floor plans, and 360 tours against professional benchmarks.
  • Experience giving constructive, actionable feedback to improve creative outputs.
  • Have strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, lighting and image quality.
  • Be confident making independent quality decisions based on standards and best practice.
  • Have good visual judgement with the ability to quickly and accurately assess creative submissions for quality, consistency and alignment with professional standards.
  • Be adaptable to evolving processes, standards and business needs.
  • Have good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Have a can-do, positive attitude and actively seek ways to stay productive.
  • Be highly tech competent and comfortable working with different platforms and systems.
