The Role
We are seeking a senior property lawyer to join a respected commercial law firm as a Property Partner. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to deliver fully integrated legal services and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and growth.
This is a key opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded individual looking to step into a visible leadership role in a thriving, forward-thinking practice.
The Firm
Our client is a modern, boutique commercial law firm based in Central London. The firm operates across three core practice areas: corporate/commercial, property, and litigation.
• The corporate/commercial team advises companies of all sizes on transactional matters, regulatory compliance, and contractual issues.
• The property department provides comprehensive legal support in both residential and commercial real estate, including development, leasing, conveyancing, and enfranchisement. The team acts for developers, landlords, high-net-worth individuals, and banks.
• The litigation practice represents clients in complex, high-value disputes and is known for its robust approach and strong High Court presence.
The firm prides itself on combining deep technical expertise with a down-to-earth, client-focused approach. Their size allows for agile decision-making, close collaboration across teams, and a highly personalised client experience.
