The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and polished Property Consultant with 1–2 years of sales experience—ideally in real estate or a luxury environment. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that engages with investors, end-users, and high-net-worth individuals, offering premium real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, manage, and convert leads through proactive outreach and follow-up
Conduct property presentations and tours with professionalism and market insight
Build strong client relationships, offering tailored advice throughout the sales cycle
Stay up to date with product knowledge, market conditions, and competitor offerings
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Collaborate with internal marketing and CRM teams for pipeline growth
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or a luxury/high-value sales environment
Confident, articulate, and client-focused
A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
Passion for real estate and a hunger to succeed
UAE real estate experience is a plus, but not essential
Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Arabic) are a bonus
UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
