Location: Mallusk

Hours: Full Time (8.30am-5pm)

Pay: £45k to £55k

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, on the outskirts of Belfast, working in the Planned Maintenance Team.

The Role: Responsible for the service & delivery of maintenance & improvement contracts. Support the management of Sub-Contractors, Direct Labour, Stores, Supply Chain Partners, Planners & Administrators.

The Requirements:

• 3+ year experience as a Contracts Manager / Project Manager.


• Experienced in Construction Industry and NIHE Social Housing.


• Planned Maintenance experience.


• Experience with NEC & MTC Contracts.


• A valid UK Driver's License and CSR Supervisor Card.


• IT Skills & knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel,)
