Job Title: Project Coordinator
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location: HQ in Armagh (Travel to Europe)
Blackfox Solutions are working with an Industry leader in the construction sector, seeking to expanding their team in response to continued growth within the European market and are currently seeking a motivated Project Coordinator. This role is primarily site-based, covering multiple locations and providing essential support to the Project Manager and other office-based staff within their Contracting Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing projects effectively.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, ensuring timely updates.
- Organise, attend, and participate in project meetings.
- Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
- Report any project changes from site to the Operations/QS Manager and Contracts Manager.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements, scope, and goals.
- Manage document control in accordance with site project requirements, including the use of BIM360.
Requirements:
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with BIM360 is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction.
- A full, clean driving licence is required.
