We’re partnering with a leading manufacturer in Bangor to hire their next Production Team Leader. This role offers a competitive salary of £41k along with an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:



Reporting to the Senior Production Supervisor, you’ll be working a 4-day week on a rotating day/night shift every two weeks. In this role, you will:

• Support the Production Supervisor in maintaining an efficient and productive department


• Promote and uphold company policies and procedures across all areas


• Ensure all production meets company and customer specifications


• Maintain and improve housekeeping standards


• Identify opportunities to reduce material costs through recycling, alternatives, and better specifications


• Lead Lean manufacturing projects to drive departmental improvements

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced production or manufacturing setting


• Strong leadership abilities, with a management qualification being a plus


• Knowledge of health and safety procedures


• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
