We are working with a successful manufacturer in Bangor to recruit for their new Team Leader, paying £41k + generous benefits.

Reporting into the Senior Production Supervisor and working on a 2 week day & night rotating 4 day week you will be responsible for;

• Supporting the Production Supervisor in ensuring an efficient and productive department, whilst at same time supporting the management team in promotion of company policies and procedures in all aspects of the company


• Ensure all production complies with company and customer specifications


• To maintain and improve housekeeping standards


• To identify opportunities for material saving through the use of recycling, alternatives and specifications


• To drive Lean projects within the department

What we are looking for…

• 2 + years’ experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced production / manufacturing environment


• Strong leadership skills, a qualification in management is desirable


• Working knowledge of health & safety procedures


• Confident communication skills
