Production Manager – Food Manufacturing

A growing food manufacturing business in Omagh is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations within a busy bakery facility supplying retail and foodservice customers across Ireland and the UK. Managing 30 – 40 people.

Hours of Work: M – F 04:30 – 14:00, Salary £45k - £55k

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production to meet efficiency, quality, and delivery targets


• Lead and develop production teams across shifts


• Drive improvements in productivity, waste reduction, and processes


• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards


• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams


• Monitor KPIs and support business growth and new product initiatives

Requirements

• Experience as a Production or Operations Manager in food manufacturing


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and quality standards


• Bakery or FMCG experience desirable
