Production Line Supervisor

A well-established food manufacturing company, supplying chilled and frozen products to major UK and Irish retailers, is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to join its team in Craigavon.

This hands-on role suits someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•              Supervise production line staff to meet daily targets.

•              Manage packaging, labelling, and documentation.

•              Monitor stock rotation and material usage.

•              Resolve quality and process issues.

•              Ensure accurate completion of production records.

•              Support with staff timekeeping and performance matters.

•              Promote Health & Safety and hygiene standards.

•              Lead by example in maintaining food safety and product quality.

Requirements

Essential:

•              Basic spoken and written English

•              Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office)

Desirable:

•              Health & Safety certificate

•              Level 2 Food Safety

•              Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG

•              Knowledge of BRC/HACCP standards
