This is a rare opportunity for a commercially-minded Manager to join a market-leading Private Client department. You will play a direct role in the strategic and operational objectives of the firm, bridging technical excellence with high-level business development in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in providing expert personal tax advice on complex technical issues and advanced planning for high-net-worth individuals.
Manage a high-quality client portfolio, ensuring compliance, timely correspondence, and identifying tax planning opportunities.
Support Partners and Directors in business development, marketing initiatives, and drafting proposals for new work.
Act as a technical reference point for private client tax matters, reviewing work drafted by other team members.
Mentor and develop the team, identifying training needs and fostering a positive working environment.
Manage billing, WIP, and recoverability targets to ensure the commercial success of the department.
As a Private Client Tax Manager you will:
Deliver high-quality written and verbal personal tax advice directly to a sophisticated client base.
Take a lead role in the firm's growth by identifying and converting business development opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, sharing insights with the wider firm to ensure technical excellence.
Champion risk management and internal quality assurance standards across all advisory projects.
Navigate complex CTA-level technical challenges involving advanced inheritance tax and trust planning.
What You’ll Receive
