Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of complex tax advisory projects across UK corporation tax, international tax, and IHT.


• Act as a key point of contact for HM Revenue & Customs and third-party financial institutions.


• Lead proactive business development initiatives to identify and win new work.


• Oversee the management of the team regarding both operational strategy and staff assignments.


• Provide expert advice on investment structures including trusts, funds, and family companies.

Private Capital Tax Manager/Senior Manager you will:
