Responsibilities
Manage the successful delivery of complex tax advisory projects across UK corporation tax, international tax, and IHT.
Act as a key point of contact for HM Revenue & Customs and third-party financial institutions.
Lead proactive business development initiatives to identify and win new work.
Oversee the management of the team regarding both operational strategy and staff assignments.
Provide expert advice on investment structures including trusts, funds, and family companies.
Private Capital Tax Manager you will:
Effectively supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff to support their professional development.
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with a portfolio of non-listed financial services clients.
Interact with global offices to provide seamless cross-border tax solutions.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical outputs while leading a dedicated delivery team.
