Pre & Post Sales Technical Lead

The Opportunity



Our client is a leading Audio-Visual integration specialist working across the corporate, education, and public sectors. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Pre and Post Sales Technical Lead to join their team in Berkshire. This is a high-impact role bridging technical design and delivery, client engagement, and project support.



Key responsibilities:

• Lead technical scoping, system design, and solution proposals


• Deliver compelling client presentations and support complex tenders


• Provide design authority and technical oversight across AV projects


• Mentor teams and work closely with vendors to shape future-ready solutions

Based in West Berkshire, salary is negotiable doe £50k-£70k p.a. plus benefits



Skills and Experience



You will ideally have:

• AV certifications (CTS, Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, etc.)


• 5+ years in technical AV pre-sales or solution design roles


• Strong design skills, presentation confidence, and industry insight


• Ability to work independently and lead on technical delivery
