We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established and growing engineering services business. They are looking for a Power Tool Repair Engineer to join their workshop team. This is a part-time, permanent role, ideal for a semi-retired engineer or someone seeking a stable, hands-on position without full-time hours.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing and repairing a wide range of professional power tools
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs
- Supporting compliance-related services such as tool servicing and testing
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed
Requirements
- Proven experience repairing and servicing power tools
- Strong fault-finding and practical engineering skills
- A reliable, methodical approach with attention to detail
- Someone comfortable working independently in a workshop setting
- Semi-retired candidates or those seeking part-time stability are very welcome
