Job Title: Plumber Multi Trader – Social Housing

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a reputable Social Housing main contractor covering North West London. This is a temp-to-perm position, carrying out day-to-day responsive maintenance and repairs within occupied social housing properties.
Requirements
Minimum Level 2 NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing (Essential)
Previous Social Housing / reactive maintenance experience (Essential)
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
Strong fault-finding and customer service skills
Experience using a PDA
Key Duties
Day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance
Repairing leaks, pipework, taps, toilets, showers and waste systems
Tap changes, WC repairs/replacements, shower repairs, pipework repairs
Minor plumbing installations (sinks, basins, radiators)
Completing basic multi-trade works where required (tiling, sealing, patch plastering)
Working in occupied properties and liaising with tenants
Updating job progress via PDA / mobile systems
