Personal Assistant - Part time (Home Based)

The Personal Assistant to the Regional Managing Director is responsible for the provision of high quality, comprehensive and responsive senior level support to the Regional Managing Director for Cymru.

The hours of work are 22.5 hours a week flexible on days/hours per day. The full-time salary is £28,840 pro-rata salary of £17,304.

About the role

Your main duties will include:

  • Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the RMD, and on occasion the wider Cymru Senior Leadership Team
  • Maintain diaries effectively, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, including any required travel arrangements.
  • To be responsible for filing, tracking and monitoring all documents, actions and related tasks on behalf of the RMD. Files will include legal documents, sensitive data documents, Governance, Regulatory reports, Board papers, safeguarding reports as well as regular meeting notes with actions to be monitored
  • Draft and coordination of reports, proofreading documents.

About you

The successful applicant will have:

  • A track record working as a senior secretarial / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant role
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written forms
  • Substantial experience of diary management, meeting administration and supportive tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
