Peripatetic Nurse Manager
£50,000 per annum
Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm
County Down, Northern Ireland (multi-site role)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nurse Manager to take on a dynamic Peripatetic Manager position with a highly reputable care home provider across Northern Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse leader who enjoys variety and is looking to broaden their experience across multiple services. You’ll play a key role in supporting different homes, driving standards, and contributing to overall service improvement all while building a clear pathway toward Regional Management.

Key responsibilities:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care home teams across multiple locations
Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance are consistently maintained
Support residents and families, promoting a positive care experience
Monitor service performance, identifying areas for improvement
Assist with staffing, operational challenges, and clinical oversight where required
Contribute to policy development and ensure confidentiality standards are upheld
