What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
Experience in a busy kitchen environment.
Knowledge and interest in classical techniques and fresh, authentic dishes.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality cuisine.
Strong communication skills in English.
