We are working with a leading supplier of specialist machinery to recruit for their new permanent Parts Advisor, interviewing this week!

Joining an international and highly respected business, you will report into and support the parts manager you will be working across;

• Responsible for parts enquiries/sales via email, fax, post, counter and telephone


• To develop and maintain high standards of customer service in order to maximise the sale of parts


• To provide effective customer service and build relationships with both internal and external customers


• Improve customer relationships measured by customer complaints and customer retention.

What we are looking for…

• Strong communication skills


• Confident IT skills
