Parts Advisor, 29k + bonus, Mallusk

We are currently working with an award-winning dealership within the construction franchise. This is a fast-paced environment with opportunities for progression, performance bonus and bonus scheme opportunities.

The role is Monday – Friday, but may require some weekend availability, and there are options for overtime if interested.

This role entails –

• Assisting customers on purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles


• Communicating with customers via email, phone and in person – providing information regarding parts and pricing


• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring parts are stocked and organised


• Using computer systems and software to search information and process orders


• Provide excellent customer service and deal with any concerns or issues regarding to parts and orders


• Collaborate with other team members

You will need –

• Previous experience in a parts advisor position, within the agriculture or construction industry


• Understanding of mechanical or construction products


• Excellent communication skills


• Proficiency in computer systems


• Phone and customer service etiquette


• Organisational skills
