Part Time Accounts & Administration Officer (25 to 30 hours per week), North Belfast, C£18/hr + benefits
We are working with a well-established organisation based in North Belfast to recruit for their new Part Time Accounts & Administration Officer.

Reporting to the general manager you will be supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation, this will include;
· Invoicing duties on a monthly basis
· Sales & Purchase ledger
· Supplier invoice processing
· Monitoring expenditure
· Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance and year end returns to the HMRC
· Preparing financial information for the board
· Prepare and submit VAT returns
· Prepare the annual budget in consultation with the General Manager
· General Administration
What we are looking for…
· Either IATI qualified or similar with 2 years relevant experience or 5 years + experience in a comparable role
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Confident IT skills to include a computerised accounts package
· Experience in the community, voluntary or charity sectors is desirable
