Responsibilities
As an Outsourcing Manager you will:
Manage a substantial portfolio of corporate and not-for-profit clients, acting as the primary point of contact for complex technical queries.
Lead the onboarding of new clients, establishing robust processes and procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
Drive the transition from traditional processing to daily/weekly "real-time" reporting using advanced online accounting software.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff, overseeing their professional development and the quality of management accounts and VAT preparation.
Act as a technical consultant for clients requiring bespoke software setups, reporting frameworks, and tailored training.
As an Outsourcing Manager you will:
Oversee departmental operations, including resource allocation and the implementation of risk management systems.
Manage client billing and job recoverability, ensuring the department meets its monthly and annual financial targets.
Review weekly time sheets and monitor the delivery of services across the department to meet strict deadlines.
Assist with the preparation of fee proposals for potential clients and participate in prospective client meetings.
Support Partners and Senior Management in the general running of the Business Support department.
