Requirements
- Proven experience as a Operations Manager in London or similar environment, managing responsive repairs contracts at scale
- Strong leadership skills as a Repairs & Maintenance Manager, with the ability to engage, coach and motivate technical teams
- Extensive knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical programmes within a London-based housing or local authority setting
