We are currently recruiting an Operational Supervisor for our Environmental and Operational Services team.

A main part of the role is to maintain, integrate and improve the delivery of the operational services where possible, ensuring this is done in a safe and timely manner. No two days will be the same, and you'll liaise closely with a variety of people across the Council to ensure the continuity of day-to-day operational services.
Do you have experience of delivering operational services with a track record of driving excellence?
You will be key in delivering operational supervision and monitoring of operational teams within environmental services. You will focus primarily on supervision of a large team of front-line staff sometimes leading colleagues through difficult situations so previous management experience is key!
We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure with a flexible and positive approach, using initiative and problem-solving skills, supporting staff in this environment.
You will be based at the Council’s depot in Spalding but may be required to work in and around the district undertaking tasks as required.
