Supporting the Head of HR you will…

• Provide policy updates on general best practice and legislative requirements.


• Develop company policies and procedures within a continually up-to-date employee manual.


• Lead recruitment programmes for graduates and apprentices


• Monitor and analyse HR trend data


• Oversee sickness absence and long-term absence


• Coordinate occupational health appointments and management referrals.


• Act as a business partner across all HR operational activities.


• Provide specialist HR advice to managers and employees


• Enable HR support, guidance and direction to managers and team leaders on HR procedures and processes


• Promote a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting company employee initiatives


• Be involved in all aspects of recruitment


• Administer and oversee HRIS software


• Other adhoc duties

You will need –

• + 4 years relevant HR generalist experience ideally within manufacturing


• CIPD qualification – Level 5 or above.
