Supporting the Head of HR you will…
- Provide policy updates on general best practice and legislative requirements.
- Develop company policies and procedures within a continually up-to-date employee manual.
- Lead recruitment programmes for graduates and apprentices
- Monitor and analyse HR trend data
- Oversee sickness absence and long-term absence
- Coordinate occupational health appointments and management referrals.
- Act as a business partner across all HR operational activities.
- Provide specialist HR advice to managers and employees
- Enable HR support, guidance and direction to managers and team leaders on HR procedures and processes
- Promote a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting company employee initiatives
- Be involved in all aspects of recruitment
- Administer and oversee HRIS software
- Other adhoc duties
You will need –
- + 4 years relevant HR generalist experience ideally within manufacturing
- CIPD qualification – Level 5 or above.
