About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the companies head office. This is a key role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all administrative procedures and systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised office environment
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and building management
Organise meetings, events, and company-wide communications
Act as the go-to person for internal staff queries and administrative support
Implement and improve office processes and policies
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar role
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT systems
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A problem-solver with a can-do attitude
