About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the companies head office. This is a key role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.



 



Key Responsibilities:





  • Manage and coordinate all administrative procedures and systems




  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised office environment




  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and building management




  • Organise meetings, events, and company-wide communications




  • Act as the go-to person for internal staff queries and administrative support




  • Implement and improve office processes and policies





 



What We’re Looking For:





  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar role




  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities




  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT systems




  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion




  • A problem-solver with a can-do attitude
