Office Administrator, West Belfast, £13.63 ph. + benefits
We are working with an excellent, long-standing healthcare group, to recruit an office administrator (maternity cover) for their nursing home in Belfast, 4 days per week (flexible between Mon-Fri).
In this role, you will be –
- Carrying out receptionist and administrative duties
- Updating the time and attendance system
- Managing residents’ funds and petty cash, ensuring records are up to date
- Creating purchase orders and sending these to the finance team
- Creating invoices for third party services
- Supporting management by getting cover for the rota, liaising with agencies, and keeping contact with bank staff
- Note taking during meetings
- Recording absences on the system
- Receiving medical certificates for the HR team
You will need –
- Previous administration and reception experience
- Time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, multi-tasking skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
