Office Administrator, West Belfast, £13.63 ph. + benefits



 



We are working with an excellent, long-standing healthcare group, to recruit an office administrator (maternity cover) for their nursing home in Belfast, 4 days per week (flexible between Mon-Fri).



 



In this role, you will be –




  • Carrying out receptionist and administrative duties

  • Updating the time and attendance system

  • Managing residents’ funds and petty cash, ensuring records are up to date

  • Creating purchase orders and sending these to the finance team

  • Creating invoices for third party services

  • Supporting management by getting cover for the rota, liaising with agencies, and keeping contact with bank staff

  • Note taking during meetings

  • Recording absences on the system

  • Receiving medical certificates for the HR team



 



You will need –




  • Previous administration and reception experience

  • Time management and organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, multi-tasking skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail

  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
