Office Administrator, Omagh



We are working with an excellent Civil Engineering Company in Omagh, who have been around for over 50 years, and are currently recruiting for a receptionist / office administrator.



**Salary negotiable depending on experience*



**Working Hours Monday – Friday 8-5**



In this role, you will be:




  • Acting as first point of contact for the company

  • Completing the weekly timesheets for payroll

  • Answering calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members

  • Maintaining the company calendar

  • Placing orders and monitoring stock supplies

  • Book travel and accommodation

  • Photocopying, scanning and filing

  • General administration



What we are looking for:




  • Phone etiquette

  • Organisational skills

  • Microsoft Word

  • 2 years administrative experience

  • Driving license
