An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated CACHE Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner with 3+ years' experience to join our client's nursery. You will take responsibility as the key worker for a group of 9-10 children, ensuring their well-being and developmental growth.

You will be responsible for:

Plan and deliver Montessori activities tailored to their age, fostering independence, creativity, and social skills.
Monitor each child's development, keeping records and updating parents on their progress.
Work closely with staff to cultivate a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Maintain a safe, clean environment, following safeguarding policies and procedures.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse or in a similar role.
Possess 3+ years of experience in a nursery or pre-school setting.
CACHE Level 3 qualification.
Ideally have montessori experience.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
