Black Fox Solutions is delighted to be partnering with a well established, reputable care provider in the Belfast area to recruit a Nurse Manager. This home is known for delivering high quality, person centred care to older adults living with age related conditions, physical disabilities, and dementia.
We’re looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled leader to take charge of day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a committed team in delivering exceptional standards of care.
Your Role as Nurse Manager:
Oversee the clinical and operational management of the home
Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care teams
Ensure full regulatory compliance (NMC, RQIA) and uphold best practice
Promote a culture of empathy, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care
Maintain safe staffing levels and adjust as needed to meet residents' needs
Work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
Complete pre-employment checks and onboarding for new staff

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Nurse Manager or similar leadership role
Active NMC registration in good standing
Strong understanding of RQIA and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a care team
Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
