Essential Criteria
NMC registration in good standing
Valid and unrestricted nursing PIN
Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager
Nurse Manager experience desirable
Learning disability experience an advantage

Role Responsibilities
Conducting home visits to observe and support Health Care Assistants
Ensuring patient records are managed in line with policy, legislation, and data protection standards
Referring individuals to specialist services when required
Gathering and analysing patient feedback to support quality improvement
Leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team including Nurses and HCAs
Reviewing and updating policies to maintain compliance with legislation and best practice
Facilitating team meetings and sharing key operational updates
Building and maintaining professional relationships with external partners
Supporting a positive, collaborative working environment
