Our client is excited to be recruiting for a Supervisor to join their busy Neighbourhood Services Team,
The Neighbourhood Services team is committed to providing high quality frontline services that meet the needs of their residents and stakeholders, and in which their elected members are rightly proud. The team are responsible for keeping the local area clean and tidy and enhancing the environment for both their residents and visitors to the area.
You will supervise a team of approximately 60+ Operatives working from their Boston depot. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team work safely and efficiently and will be expected to help drive performance and identify improvements within the team.
