The Role
They are rebuilding a brand-new national field sales team and need a hands-on National Sales Manager to lead the way. This is a rare opportunity to build from scratch:
- Recruit, train, and manage 12 Regional Sales Managers.
- Implement and enforce proven sales and marketing systems.
- Roll up your sleeves to drive results, especially in the early growth phase.
- Balance strategic leadership with day-to-day coaching of trainees.
- Shape the culture of an ambitious, high-performance sales organisation.

About You
- Proven experience in coach & training a direct sales team.
- A track record in direct sales / cold calling environments.
- Ability to recruit, inspire, and coach sales professionals at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and driven by results.
- Prepared to combine leadership with hands-on selling in the early stages.
