Nanny – English and Russian speaking
Rota Governess (English and Russian) – London + travels (Cyprus and other nations)
Location: London
Schedule: 3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off
Salary: Starts from 60k gross per annum with some flexibility for more for an exceptional candidate
Start Date: Open – willing to wait for the right candidate
A family in London is seeking a warm, experienced, and highly qualified bilingual Rota Governess for their preschool-aged child. The role focuses on education, early development, and structured play – light housekeeping duties involved as it is fully staffed. Chef, housekeepers, and other staff employed.
Please not that these requirements are non-negotiable:
- Native-level fluency in English and Russian.
- Pedagogical degree or psychology (e.g. Education; Early Childhood Studies).
- Montessori training (ages 3 – 6) may be accepted.
- Proven experience with children of a similar age in a nursery or private household.
- Being a parent with a deep understanding of child development is a plus.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Strong passport for international travel – EU travel documents are a plus.
- Energetic, professional, reliable, and fully committed to the 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rota schedule.
Please note that our client is only able to consider applicants who meet the required degree qualifications and possess near-native fluency (C2/C1 level) in both Russian and English.
