Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-growing modular building company. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure modular buildings remain safe, fully operational, and maintained to the highest standards.

About the Role:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance across modular buildings


• Work independently, following structured maintenance programmes


• Log all work accurately in digital maintenance software


• Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship

• Buildings You’ll Work On: Anti-Vandal, Containex, Jackleg, Steel Frame, and Timber Frame units

Key Responsibilities:

• Joinery, electrical, plumbing, and general fault-finding


• Replace lights, switches, heaters, water heaters, sockets, and PIR sensors


• Plumbing repairs (taps, toilets, cisterns, flush handles, leaks)


• Travel between sites (company van and fuel card provided)

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance


• Understanding of modular building systems


• Strong problem-solving skills and practical mindset


• Full UK driving licence
