Mixed Tax Manager – Independet firm, 6 partners – Royston  

Are you a tax assistant manager or manager looking for the next step in your career.

Our client is a fiercely independent firm of chartered accountants, who will remain independent and have no desire to take private equity funding.  As such they are looking for someone who wants to work in a professional but relaxed environment, where the control of the business is completely owned by the partners and staff in it.

Mixed Tax Manager responsibilities will include:

• providing mixed tax compliance and advisory services in support of the Tax Director / Tax Partner to office clients


• maximising fee income


• generating new client and consultancy work from a portfolio


• managing the tax compliance function and staff, ensuring efficient production and quality levels are met

As a Mixed Tax Manager you will be/have:

• CTA qualified


• Over 5 years’ combined Personal & Corporate Tax experience


• Experience working on your own portfolio including Corporation Tax and personal tax


• Strong understanding of both Corporate and Personal Tax


• Experience delivering advisory work


• Staff management experience
