Meta Ads Manager

We are working with a genuinely fascinating NI business to recruit for their new ‘Meta Ads Manager’, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow with a business that will genuinely blow your mind!

Their goal impressive, massive growth across ad spend on Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, X, direct mail, and more. Taking the role in house and making this your own! This would include;

• Full control of our Facebook and Instagram ad channels—replacing agency and outperforming them in 60 days


• Take over our Meta ad account (currently spending £400K/month)


• Come up with 95% of the ad angles, hooks, and campaigns (Founder will send you some things to turn into ads)


• Build and test landing pages that actually convert


• Use our 33K+ reviews, customer stories, and product results to fuel your creative


• Turn the founder’s raw ideas, notes, or videos into full ads (when provided)


• Build your own lean team as needed

What we are looking for….

• Demonstrable success at scaling meta-ad accounts


• Have built or optimised high-performing landing pages before


• Experienced in creating and writing scroll-stopping ads


• You’re not afraid to take ownership and lead


• Most of all—you want to build something real that helps people
