This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced mental health nurse who is ready to step into (or further establish themselves in) a leadership role. You will play a key part in shaping service delivery, supporting clinical excellence, and guiding a committed multidisciplinary team.

Essential Criteria
NMC registration in good standing
Valid and unrestricted nursing PIN
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
Previous experience as Deputy Nurse Manager or in a senior clinical role
Management experience desirable
Strong knowledge of mental health legislation and safeguarding practices

Key Responsibilities
Providing clinical and operational leadership within the service
Supporting and supervising Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
Ensuring care delivery meets regulatory, legislative, and best practice standards
Overseeing care planning and risk management processes
Monitoring and improving quality through audit and service user feedback
Liaising with external professionals and mental health services
Managing staffing, performance, and development within the team
Contributing to policy development and service improvement initiatives
Promoting a positive, recovery-focused and collaborative working culture
