Residential Development – North London

Contract: 6 Months

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a large residential project in North London on a 6-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the mechanical services package from site setup through to completion


• Oversee subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met


• Coordinate with the main contractor, consultants, and other trade package managers


• Manage procurement, variations, and cost control for the mechanical scope


• Ensure works comply with current regulations, specifications, and project standards


• Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reporting


• Drive commissioning, snagging, and handover activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on residential projects


• Strong background in HVAC, domestic services, and plantroom installations


• Valid SMSTS certification (essential)


• CSCS Gold or Black Card (essential)


• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills


• Ability to manage fast-paced site delivery and multiple work fronts
